Vibe Check - A Mini Flames Workshop

Vibe Check aims to educate girls ages 7-10 by helping them develop an awareness of the vibes, feelings, and energy within their friendships. This workshop supports them in recognizing what feels positive, uncomfortable, or confusing. By providing them with the confidence to make choices that foster happy, healthy, and safe connections, Vibe Check will liberate and celebrate their ability to cultivate positive relationships.
