Welcome back to Save Girls on F.Y.E.R. for our Liberation Academy, where our Leadership Academy alumnae will build upon their foundation skills with advanced training. Get ready to take your leadership skills to the next level!

The SGOF Liberation Academy offers an enriched experience with in-depth training in advocacy techniques, empowering alumnae to lead impactful community projects. Embrace leadership opportunities in community workshops and create content that promotes social justice awareness, all while developing advanced character skills focused on integrity and citizenship.

Transitioning seamlessly from the Leadership Academy, alumnae will apply their skills to real-world challenges, supported in every step of your growth journey. Alumnae will amplify their impact, celebrate their voices, and unlock their limitless potential for positive change.

Fostering critical thinking skills, the ability to articulate abstract concepts, and thinking before speaking.

PROGRAM MODULES

Module 1: Leadership Development

Module One is designed to open doors to leadership opportunities both within the community and at the organizational level. It aims to increase access to and develop positive relationships with peers and adults. Additionally, participants will learn to build a strong membership base, ensuring youth leaders have a supportive network to which they are accountable, thereby enhancing their growth and leadership skills.

Module 2: Peer Mentorship

Module two is about learning to provide cultural and social support to other Black and Brown girls, forging meaningful connections within the Leadership Academy as both mentors and friends. They'll independently uphold SGOF citizenship standards, showcasing self-accountability and embracing their roles as inspiring role models for their community.

Module 3: Community Engagement

Module Three, the grand finale! Participants will deepen their historical and cultural understanding, connecting shared experiences with community engagement. They'll enhance their creativity, developing individual talents and strengths. The program also focuses on building critical thinking and problem-solving skills, alongside fostering team-building and entrepreneurial abilities.
